3. User Roles and Services

Students: Access courses, earn certifications, and participate in the ecosystem.

Instructors: Create and publish courses, earn revenue share, and access analytics.

Organizations: Manage bulk licenses, track employee progress, and access team analytics.

Affiliates: Promote courses and earn commissions across the ecosystem.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course, you receive:

• ✅ Lifetime access to course content
• ✅ Access to all future updates for that course
• ✅ Certificate of completion upon passing
• ✅ No recurring fees after purchase

Courses are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell course content.

5. Certification and Verification

Codexa Academy certifications require:

• ✅ Completion of all course lessons
• ✅ Passing all assessments and exams
• ✅ Identity verification
• ✅ Submission of certification application

Identity verification ensures certifications are awarded to real, verified individuals. Certifications have lifetime validity and never expire.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, and platform features are owned by Codexa Labs Private Limited and respective instructors. You may not:

• ❌ Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• ❌ Reverse engineer platform features
• ❌ Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• ❌ Use our trademarks without permission

7. Instructor Revenue Sharing

Instructors earn revenue share based on course sales. Details are provided during the instructor application process. Revenue dashboards provide transparent tracking of earnings, and payouts are processed monthly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Violate any laws or regulations
• ❌ Impersonate others or provide false information
• ❌ Upload malicious code or viruses
• ❌ Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ❌ Engage in fraudulent activities
• ❌ Scrape or data mine platform content

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and require less than 20% course completion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Platform Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

Codexa Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
