Terms of Service – Codexa Academy

Welcome to Codexa Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and online training platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, quizzes, assignments, curriculum materials, source code, and design templates, are the exclusive property of Codexa Labs Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for your personal, non-commercial education.

3. Course Enrollment and Fee Payments

Course fees are transparent and charged as pay-per-course or in bundle structures. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe or Razorpay. You agree to pay the fees for courses you purchase and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided that your course progress is below 20% and no completion certificate has been generated. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for step-by-step instructions on submitting a claim.

5. User Conduct and Integrity

We enforce a strict policy against plagiarism, academic dishonesty, and unauthorized credential sharing. Violations may result in immediate suspension of Services, revocation of certificates, and termination of ecosystem access without refund.

6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
