Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ Request submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • ✅ Course completion is less than 20%
  • ✅ No certification has been issued
  • ✅ No violations of our Terms of Service

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. 1. Contact Support: Email support@codexalabs.io with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. 2. Provide Details: Include your registered email, course name, and purchase date.
  3. 3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  4. 4. Approval Notification: If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.
  5. 5. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • ❌ Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • ❌ Courses with more than 20% completion
  • ❌ Certifications already issued
  • ❌ Bundle purchases (unless ALL courses meet eligibility)
  • ❌ Organization bulk licenses (different terms apply)
  • ❌ Sale or promotional purchases (special terms)

4. Course Bundle Refunds

For course bundles:

  • 📦 All courses in the bundle must meet the 20% completion rule
  • 📦 Refund amount is the full bundle price (not individual course prices)
  • 📦 Access to all courses in the bundle will be revoked

5. Organization Bulk Licenses

Organization purchases have special terms:

  • 🏢 Refund requests must come from the organization admin
  • 🏢 Unused seat licenses may be refunded within 30 days
  • 🏢 Partial refunds available for unused licenses
  • 🏢 Used licenses (any employee access) are non-refundable

6. Payment Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • 💳 Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • 💳 PayPal: 5-7 business days
  • 💳 UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • 💳 Digital Wallets: 5-7 business days

Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

7. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • 🚫 Course access is immediately revoked
  • 🚫 Downloaded materials become non-licensed
  • 🚫 Progress and completion data is deleted
  • 🚫 Certificates (if any) are invalidated

8. Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases, we may consider refunds outside of standard policy:

  • ⚠️ Technical issues preventing course access (after support attempts)
  • ⚠️ Course content significantly different from description
  • ⚠️ Duplicate purchases made in error
  • ⚠️ Medical or personal emergencies (documentation required)

9. Cancellation of Subscriptions

Currently, Codexa Academy uses a pay-per-course model with lifetime access. There are no recurring subscriptions. Organizations with ongoing licensing agreements should contact sales@codexalabs.io for cancellation terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you disagree with the decision:

  1. 📧 Email disputes@codexalabs.io with your case details
  2. 📧 A senior support representative will review your case
  3. 📧 You'll receive a final decision within 7 business days

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
